Operating the first version of the (enllaç no vinculat) based on the ICC library of geodetic functions with Java.

In this first version is implemented the transformation from ED50 to ETRS89 formalized by the Comissió de Coordinació Cartogràfica de Catalunya, and following versions will include geoids interpolation to allow complete transformations between reference systems.
