As part of the commemorations of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Leonor Ferrer (Barcelona, 1874-1960), in this exhibition we follow both the professional and life paths of Leonor Ferrer, reading between the lines of her correspondence and bringing to the present the small silent revolutions that she carried out in her time.
Leonor Ferrer was the first woman to obtain the title of draughtsman in the Spanish State, in 1905. A feminist and activist in women's education, for more than thirty-three years she worked as head of draughtsmanship in various telephone companies in Barcelona. The personal archive that she has left us reflects her commitment to education, emancipation and the presence of women in all areas of society.
The exhibition can be visited at the Palau Robert until February 2nd, 2025.
