Activity related to the exhibition “Leonor Ferrer: a life between lines”, which will deal with women's access to technical careers. We will give voice to three women, two industrial engineers and a geographer, who will give us a living testimony of what the professional development of women in the technical field has been and is. Laura Tremosa was the second graduate in industrial engineering in Barcelona and has developed a career in the world of publications and technical communication and environmental issues. Alícia Casals is an industrial and computer engineer and professor of architecture and computer technology at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia; she is currently president of the Science and Technology Section of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans. M. Carme Montaner has a PhD in geography, has been director of the Map Library of the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya and is a member of the Group of Studies on the History of Cartography (GEHC).
