In the framework of the commemorations of the 150^th anniversary of the birth of Leonor Ferrer (Barcelona, 1874-1960), this itinerary is organized to put her figure in context with her neighborhood.

Leonor Ferrer was born on Concordia Street in França Xica. In 1920 she opened an academy for female draughtsmen on Grases Street in the same neighborhood. She was a very enterprising person and very predisposed to the professional training of women.

The itinerary will recreate the neighborhood and historical context of her life, and is one of the activities parallel to the exhibition “Leonor Ferrer: a life between the lines”, where you can follow the professional and life path of Leonor Ferrer, reading between the lines of her correspondence and bringing to the present the small silent revolutions that she carried out in her time.

The tour will be conducted in Catalan language.
