User Support Centre

In the User Support Centre (CAU) you can purchase ICGC products, co-editions with other organizations and also cartography from other publishers. Also, the CAU offers the photo library service (aerial photographs of Catalonia) from 1942 to the present.

Appointment service

For personalized attention at the CAU, it is necessary to make an appointment at the email address cau@icgc.cat and / or by phone 93 567 15 90.

Hours

From Monday to Friday (except holidays), from 9 am to 2 pm.

Closed:

December 24^th and 31^st.
From August 5^th to September 1^st, 2024 (both included) the CAU will be closed for summer break.

Public transport

Metro (L3 - Poble Sec, L3 - Espanya, L1 - Espanya), bus (55, 121) and train (Barcelona Sants station).

Free parking for clients.

Product catalog

Digital products: the same ones you can download from the web, as well as the 1x1 m Terrain elevation model.
Pirinted products: the same ones that you can acquire in the e-shop, including relief maps and cartography of other publishers.
Aerial photographs: you can currently request them by email.
