The ICC has created 8 (enllaç no vinculat) where main activities (of the ICC) are described.

Specifically, fields showed are: data capture and remote sensing, where sensors used to obtain information of the territory and studies carried out are explained. Geodesy, that shows the compromise between the shape of the Earth and its measurement, with the aim of the cartographic representation. Methods to represent, with accuracy, planimetry and altimetry of terrestrial objects are described in topographic bases. In cartography it is shown the way that, from these bases, the ICC makes a wide diversity of cartographic products, such as topographic, thematic or atlases. Tasks to make place names official and locate them into maps is shown in toponymy. Finally, in Map Library it is shown the ICC documentation center, where all the cartographic production of the Institut is collected, and also maps and books from the 15th century to the present. The summary of all these activities and how they impact society can be watched in ICC.

Each video has also the transcription of the audio, with clickable terms. Clicking a term, the video is paused and a window with additional information is opened. Clicking any point over the video, it continues. Both the transcription and the complementary information is in Catalan, Spanish and English.

Videos can be watched in any order but, as an introduction, to begin with the ICC is recommended.

With these 8 videos, the Institut wants to give a wider diffusion of its activities, and then, to give a new tool to shown the art of mapping.
